About Sir Charles Martin and Prosperity Park Properties, LLC

Sir Charles Martin founded Prosperity Park Properties, LLC ("P3DC") in 2011 and leads the company in acquisitions, marketing, renovations, and dispositions.

Sir Charles is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.  While in the Air Force, Sir Charles distinguished himself with several honors including, Air Force Achievement Medal, Joint Service Achievement Medal, Air Force Commendation Medal.  Sir Charles proudly served in Public Affairs under Secretary of Defense Les Aspin.  A proud member of the United States Air Force Honor Guard, Sir Charles proudly flies the U. S. Flag in front of all of his properties. 

At the ripe young age of 22, Sir Charles got his start in real estate as a real estate agent with Murrell Realtors.  After a very healthy stint at Murrell, Sir Charles moved to REMAX 100 and achieved the very highest levels of sales excellence.  In May of 2002, Sir Charles Martin graced the covers of Realtor Magazine as one of the top 30 Realtors in America under the age of 30.  In 2002, 2003, and 2004 Sir Charles earned his way into REMAX's Platinum Club.  In 2005, Sir Charles earned his way into REMAX's Chairman Club.  And of course, because Sir Charles' efforts, hard work, and diligence, he earned his way into REMAX's Hall of Fame. 

A serial entrepreneur, Sir Charles's desire to buy, own, rent, control, renovate, and sell "his own" properties, led him to found Prosperity Park Properties, LLC ("Prosperity", "P3").  The company's mission is very simple, to buy, develop, renovate, lease, and sell luxury affordable homes in key markets. 

Recently, Sir Charles sat down with NPR discuss vacant houses in Washington, DC.

Currently, Prosperity operates in Washington, DC, and Maryland. The company is set to have a record 2017 with goals of delivering $50 Million Dollars of affordable housing to the markets.
